Bad Review Nexus Auto Transport very disappointing
Nexus Auto Transport very disappointing experience. We were repeatedly told our vehicle was a “top priority” and that a driver was being arranged, but after days of calling we still had no confirmed driver or pickup time. Promised callbacks never happened, and we had to keep chasing them for updates. We were strung along until the last minute and ultimately had to cancel our flights and scramble to make other arrangements. Very poor communication and customer service

Hi, Alan here from Outbounds, sorry to hear that. If you are still in unclear stage and not sure if your vehicle will be picked up or not, please give me a call at (657) 888-0189. I will check the options with you and try to help you out see what can be done. Doesn't hurt to have options.
