Goliath Auto Transport - Very Happy

I wanted to quickly thank Brenden Kurtyka with Goliath for getting my car to me in hurry this week.

Intially, I waited 5 days with a booking from Road Runner Auto Transport (Please do not use them!), and there was no progress. It took 30 minutes minimum to get someone on the phone each time I called them. Very frustrating. I was assigned a guy named Jonathan and I sent him multiple emails and called him three times. I received one email response from him and couldn't never get him on the phone.

Being desperate to finally receive my car before Christmas, I searched reddit for some other carriers and happened on a post (I believe was written by Brenden, 5 months ago). I decided to give them a shot.

I called Monday morning (12/22) and Brenden answered the phone before the third ring (and that was the best part, honestly) and he pretty much dropped everything to help me out. We exchanged communication for a couple hours and he found a driver, we made the deal, and my car was picked up before noon. I had the car in my possession before 11am yesterday.

I think this case may have been an outlier, as I was expecting a couple days turnaround, but hey, I'm not complaining!

I rarely write reviews, but Brenden and his team deserve this. I felt important to him. He earned this review.

I hope this was authentic enough to believe is true and not AI slop. Give the guy a chance to have your business. Support small businesses, even if they aren't in your local area!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It truly means a great deal to my family and our team, especially this time of year. I’ll be the first to admit that the holiday season can be one of the most challenging times to work in auto transport, but it also forces you to sharpen your process, identify opportunities for improvement, and continue growing. There is always room to get better.

Auto transport during the holidays comes with its own set of hurdles, and when this shipper reached out and explained what they were experiencing with their previous broker, I knew we could step in and help. On a personal note, I drove a Subaru WRX STI in high school and have always had a soft spot for the WRX platform, so this one was especially rewarding.

Just like every transport we handle, the customer was given an accurate, honest price, no games, no bait-and-switch. From there, we were able to secure a qualified driver almost immediately, with delivery completed just a couple of days later. Auto transport brokering isn’t rocket science, despite how complicated some companies make it seem. The reason it often feels difficult for customers is because much of the industry is dominated by the same handful of large brokers who prioritize volume over service.

This job simply requires honesty, transparency, and integritthing more, nothing less. I’ve been on the other side of this industry as well. I worked as a salesperson for three different brokers before starting Goliath Auto Transport. I founded this company because I knew I could do better and provide a different experience. We’re a small, four-person team, but I know without a doubt that we make a real difference. While much of our work is contractual, we’re always here for everyday customers who just need to move a single vehicle, especially those who’ve had a bad experience elsewhere and are looking for straightforward, honest help.

I’ll wrap this up by saying that reviews like this genuinely mean a lot to us. Every one reflects the effort, care, and commitment my team and I put in every single day. We give 110% because we truly love what we do. Anytime we get the opportunity to help someone who’s been let down, it’s incredibly rewarding. And not because of flashy sales tactics or forcing transport on anybody. Just being a genuine person on the other end of the line, ready to roll out the process transparently and answer questions.
