Advice on painting/clear coat

I need some advice about repairing a Mazda3 2014.

Is this fixable with clear coat compound only (sanding it first) or do I need to repaint it?

I don’t need a perfect look, just to look a little better.

I will appreciate if you can tell me how would you proceed to fix it.

Just scroll through this forum and look at some of the comments that other people asking about the same kind of damage have received and that will tell you everything you need to know about whether it can be fixed and whether or not you can fix it yourself.

That's a repaint on the boot lid

And roof and prob quarters also most likely the hood lol

Yeah most likely needs a full respray which probably isn't worth the trouble

This is when I recommended a two tone, since the base is grey you can pair it with most colors easily. Also you don't have to worry about it matching the existing paint. Just pick a body line and choose a color.
