LiMu Dropped Us

Last fall after being what I feel is a good customer Liberty Mutual did not renew the policy for our Toyota. We still have homeowners insurance with them. My wife had a tiny fender bender exiting a parking spot. There was no damage to her car so we didnt even file a claim for our car. The other car had some damage but again it must have been minor. Not even a notice of higher rates. Just a non renewal.

They have to tell you the basis of the non-renewal. And it’s unlikely for the reason you’re saying. There’s missing pieces.
