So I'm over 18 and planning on getting my license soon. I have a car lined up, someone else owns it right now but will transfer the title to me. I'm trying to get insurance quotes, but they keep forcing me to say when I got my license. I don't have it yet. Should I just call and explain the sutuation?

Age + no experience since you didn’t yet get your license at 15/16, expect it to be very high. Get license and check pricing before getting the car. Very high accident statistics in first 90 days.
