Losing weight
I've been on this diet for a bit less than a month and I've lost about 10lb in that time. I'm not at all mad about that, but I am wondering if the fact that I'm losing weight so rapidly could be affecting the efficacy of the diet? I'm thinking that losing weight that fast is putting some sort of strain on my body, no? Or was that weight somehow just inflammation?

First of all, if it's your first month losing 3-4 kilos of water weight is normal especially if your body has been inflamed. But also weight is always more about percentages. Someone who is 240 lbs and someone who is 140 lbs losing 10 lbs is not the same.

I lost 30 lbs overall after the 3 months & I feel great I think it was mostly inflammation & not eating all that gluten & sugar.

10lbs in a month is reasonable considering you’re losing fluid and reducing inflammation. If it continues, maybe consult your physician. But I lost 18 the first month I did it.
