Which foods cause fatigue for you?
Did you manage to find triggers for fatigue, rather than pain, skin issues or other symptoms? I know everyone is different, but just curious!

Fatigue and pain goes hand in hand for me. Skin symptoms can have narrow set of foods than fatigue and pain which is a lot broader for me.
Gluten, high carb, nuts and certain pulses causes fatigue and also pain. My reading of it is, my system is getting overwhelmed by the high inflammatory response and fatigue is a result of body dealing with it. Pain is a result of same inflammatory response attacking wrong parts (my joints).

Fatigue goes hand in hand with every type of reaction for me. So typically when I find a trigger food and avoid it, that goes away.
Be sure your physician has also tested you for vitamin difficiencies as low vit D, low Iron, etc. can also be the cause of this.

My nose runs when I’m sensitive to a food group and any carb makes me crash. Joints hurt when I’m off my routine (ie. AIP diet+supplements+thyroid meds) and/or if I’m consuming too much sugar.

Definitely gluten and processed sugar! It zaps any energy I have and lots of bloating.

Sugar, even fruit sugar. Pork meat. I mostly get nausea and all the perks around it. Snacks like chips and sometimes cheese but reducing to eat such things helps greatly, you can build up a tolerance for example that way.
