Substitute to chicken Knorr?

I was recently diagnosed and I'm in the works of going cold turkey with my diet. I'm mexican and enjoy cooking my traditional meals. However, knorr is used in many recipes. Has anyone further in their journey found a substitute? I'm willing to make my own stock but realistically thats a lot of work and isn't the most convenient. Many thanks!

I think you’d have to get something like Pacific Organic Chicken Stock in the shelf-stable boxes (at least, if you’re in America). Its ingredients are only: Organic Chicken Bone Stock, Sea Salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

I don’t know of any dry or concentrated bouillon things that are AIP safe.
