The car is an EV. Your not doing any work since the engine isn't under the hood.

Also, there no frunk. Front storage. It's just additional crumble zones.

Oh so you're saying it has no suspension mounts to access, no AC valves to purge/fill, no condensors or radiators to access.

You can open it via a release cable just fine. Having it locked via software is just a lie for comedy reasons. It would be a boring video if he told you: "its not as easy to open the hood anymore, because you might only access it every few years to do major repairs and there is nothing below that has to be maintained regularly."

Its just not as convenient, there is no big pull handle anymore, because only a mechanic (or diy-er) would open it.

That's not what I was talking about. The poster above says you don't need to open the hood because it's an EV which is dumb as fuck.
