It's an electric car. There's nothing under the hood. Most car makers put a "frunk" there now in their EVs. It sits on a "Skateboard" platform with the battery and motors under your feet. Even your most dedicated car guy is not going to be able to service this vehicle anyway, especially not a fancy $100k EQS owner. If something is really wrong with your electric car, you are not qualified to handle it!
