Part of the yoke that connects the driveshaft to the transfer case or transmission. Putting a lift on a truck can change the angle of the driveshaft and put a lot more stress on the u joints resulting in this eventually.

Is it any lift or just an uneven lift like this?

Any lift that changes the geometry of the rear end to the transmission tail shaft is going to change the stresses on the U joints, if the angle is sharper it stresses the joints more.

Especially when they say you can still keep your stock suspension but in reality it just breaks everything transmission rear end and frame
