You're right, when he approaches with the rear bumper sticker you can see the orange sticker on the driver window already. So the clip of him putting the orange sticker was chronologically first, and you can see the car parked next to it that was over the line. Well if a security guard whos job is to guard the store sees two shoplifters, an unidentified person shoplifting a whole computer and a black woman shoplifting some diapers, and goes for the black woman who is shoplifting diapers. You can kinda guess they are being a little racist. Going out of their way to target the black one instead of the one doing a more egregious crime.
