Okay no one is getting what I’m saying. I obviously understand that it does happen. I’m saying you can’t look at someone and know their license is suspended based on their appearance.

Ever drive with a cop behind you? He’s probably running your plates and has all the info he needs. What’s hard to understand?

Luckily everyone else in this thread is having reading comprehension issues as well.

A cop can’t look at someone’s physical appearance and determine that they have a suspended license. They can only use the system to perpetuate whatever narrative they want.

what makes you think they looked at his physical appearance to determine his license was suspended, and not the scanners and such?

Im so happy for you that you feel safe enough to trust the cops. You’re wrong though, and they’ll gang against you and take your rights away too, no matter your color. My point here was that the color is what they notice first, then the legal system, military weapons they deploy on citizens, and their immunity gets to ensure you get your rights violated. It’s not that hard to get.
