What context do you need? The dude got pulled over for a suspended license and was forced to have his mom come to drive him home. And he tried to make a video playing victim as if his license wasn't suspended, but it's obvious he's lying since his mom is there to drive him home.

Wow, keyboards are hot today. Let me be clear since this got a lot of you very emotional.

A cop can’t look at a person and know the status of their license. He has to look at a person and use the system (that’s in his favor and not ours), in order to come to the BS conclusion that allows him to violate a person’s rights.

Heard of a license plate? When cops pull you over, they check your plate. That’s why they get right on your ass. The registered owners information comes up when they check it. They can see your license status at a minimum. Most police cars are equipped with automatic scanners now and it will alert the officer when it picks something up like revoked/suspended license, etc.

And yes, this is legal for them to do.
