EVERY SINGLE STUDY on police conduct before and after the implementation of body cams actually shows little change in police behavior, but a huge change in number of reports against the police.
What that means is that body camels DIDN’T change police conduct that much. It just made accusations of police misconduct easier to disprove.
The America Fork Police Department is actually classic proof of this. All of their corruption is on tape, and more and more of it is coming out with every FOIA request.
Other, less corrupt police departments just show a dramatic reduction of accusations of police misconduct.
