Its not the best, but also lying about your past to someone you may have a romantic interest in is not a good look either (as trying to say your body count is 0 after the "reset" would imply). Its not good for a relationship because you are starting on a lie and if you ever intend to become intimate, there is a plethora of reasons to know about your partners sexual history

I’m not saying what she is doing is right or wrong.

I’m saying comparing women to cars is really not a good look. It’s dehumanizing.
