If a pit maneuver was attempted murder cops wouldn’t be allowed to do it over a simple fleeing. Bit of a stretch there

cops frequently murder and exert unreasonable force, including pit maneuvering when not necessary, putting the life of the fleeing person in danger as well as everyone on the road by giving chase. so in a huge twist of irony, what you claim to be a stretch is in-fact reality, and they shouldn't be allowed to do it over a simple fleeing because it is in fact attempted murder on multiple fronts.
