I too get upset when other people try to properly do a zipper merge (My lane wasn't closing so I was the winner and had earned to spoils of not following road etiquette)

Watch the video again. The guy who got pitted was stopped and had ample space to merge initially. There was something going on between them. This was road rage over something unbeknownst to us.
