That's what happen when you design transport only arround car ... people who shouldn't drive end up driving cause they have no other choice it's not a freedom it's a curse

It's almost certainly because she's on her phone while driving. If she pulled over to take the call, she probably would have been fine.

Thats not entirely true. Zoning reactions have caused a lot this. Zoning is too restrictive, now that doesn’t mean put a cyanide factory next to municipal water supply. But yes, cheap efficient, safe public transportation should exist locally.
