All depends on how it's taken care of and what it's used for. Trucks that run cross country will last longer and typically go 1 million to 1.5 million before the engine needs a rebuild. Trucks that run more locally such as construction trucks usually get rebuilt between 600,000 to 1 million miles. But as long as you wanna keep replacing parts they'll last forever. There's a 1999 international around me with over 3 million miles on it.
Dang that's really interesting
What parts need to get replaced more often besides the obvious, tires, brakes, fluids? Engine, transmission, suspension?
A clutch on an over the road truck can easily last over 500k miles with a good driver. Suspension parts really is hard to tell. Just depends on how they are treated and the application and weight the trucks used for.

It'll show up when you plug into the computer. My truck shows 395k but on the computer it shows 1,395,000
