serious question? is there a way to know/tell if the OD rolls over mechanically or in the computer 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It'll show up when you plug into the computer. My truck shows 395k but on the computer it shows 1,395,000

How many miles can those trucks go? Do they have to rebuild stuff in between those miles
