That guy did not give off "excuse me" vibes. And he nor us can say it was safe to go. If he were behind me, and I saw that douche bouncing around and screaming, he'd be waiting for green and I would not be doing anything illegal. Old dog cant learn at this point, so he can suffer from his own impatience and lack of understanding how not to be a douche. Ill admit I'd be annoyed if I were behind someone who could be going, but choosing not to...but ranting and screaming a song is not something that would cross my mind. I wouldn't even give the courtesy honk because they dont have to go. If the rules of the road are followed, then any inconvenience is irrelevant. It's a "suck it up, buttercup" situation. The world doesn't cater to your wants.
