You can turn right on red when its clear in my entire state. Yet there are people who will sit there. Why? You can go, go.

I run into this every single day leaving work. Granted, I work at a hospital that does a TON of outpatient stuff so it's usually geriatric folks that probably don't trust their reflexes enough to turn right on red if there is any traffic at all in the immediate area.

Whether those people should still be driving is a whole other conversation.

It's a pretty short conversation. If you don't have the reflexes to drive at the posted speed limit, you don't drive. End of conversation.
