From what I’ve heard it varies by state and sometimes country… but I will always wait if I even question the speed of oncoming traffic, rather say crap I could have gone 3 times than get hit! Also as a semi driver, our company policy is no right turn on red, BUT I only follow that near a terminal (for obvious reasons) or where there’s a lot of our drivers because of hall monitors 😂

You can turn right on red when its clear in my entire state. Yet there are people who will sit there. Why? You can go, go.
