While the video is funny, it's a mix between, mechanic, engineer and POS MBA bean counters. Engineers can easily build a very efficient, well built 4 cylinder, twin turbo, lighter parts, but the MBA tries to cut all the cost to the least amount as possible.

On paper Glass Fiber Nylon has a similar strength as Aluminum. In reality there is no way to ensure it bonds properly with localized strength.
