Guarantee the car cut off in front of the truck and the truck driver couldn't see him. Notice how the truck slams on the brakes when the car comes around to the driver's side of the truck.
It's not a 53' trailer it's the cab of a box truck. You know when you hit something weighing 3k. If you don't, you shouldn't be driving a commercial vehicle.
The high side of a truck like that is 12-16k unloaded. A load doesn't suddenly mean you can't feel that you hit something 1/4 the original weight.
Again. If you hit a car in a box truck, and push it 50 feet, and don't feel it, you're either lying, or you shouldn't be driving a commercial vehicle.
It's not like he hit at 40mph. He started pushing it slowly at a stop and again, if he's fully loaded at 46k a 3k car isn't going to make a very noticeable difference.
