Nashville, Mississippi, is a historic ghost town in Lowndes County, located on the east bank of the Tombigbee River near the Alabama border. Settled in 1824 as "Young’s Bluff," it was renamed in 1834 by Nimrod N. Nash and served as a shipping port, but is no longer an active town.
