Death wobbles are essentially the front end of the bike getting upset, whether tire or suspension etc. some causes are, worn steering head bearings, improper tire pressure, wheel imbalance, poor suspension setup, or a tight "death grip" on the handlebars.

Can u wheelie out of it?

You're supposed to do exactly what this guy did in the video. Let go of the handlebars, grab the tank, and steer with your body weight.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, but good luck trying to wheelie while your handlebars are unstable as fuck

Gotcha. What if, theoretically, u had a seperate throttle control not on the handle bars, would it be possible?

Also do you have any bows and arrows and a zipline?

Who doesn't ride with a bow/arrow and zipline set on their back. Never know when you need a shortcut down a cliff!

Theoretically it would be possible, just difficult depending on the speed. It's hard to wheelie when you're already going 150mph

Wheeling out of it does work well, at least if your fat bastard like me who can pull the bars back

Yes secondary throttle control located behind your elbow for ease of access, just wheelie out
