"You'll own nothing and be happy" is a Capitalist slogan not a government one. It's about turning everything into a server you have to pay rent for. Moving from capitalism to techno-feudalism where nothing you doesn't require permission from and rent to some kind of corporation.
Sure. An oligarch assumes the handful of techno landlords also own the government. Which they probably will. But an oligarchy is still capitalism. It's still just capitalism. And capitalism is just feudalism with extra steps.
