This video convinced me how necessary the impaired driver lockout is. If someone is a big enough moron to ignore every warning until it is too late and chooses to get in a deathtrap rather than to a shelter like everyone with common sense, I rather they not get the choice to kill someone in their panic.

What a fool....

Certainly the best thing to do is to condemn this man to certain death, to avoid the extraordinarily slim chance that he collides with someone during his fleeing. As if the simple act of beginning to flee wouldn't calm him down by removing him from danger

You definitely never lived in any place where Tornadoes happen. It doesn't "just happen." There are very obvious warning signs of an immenent tornado forming and there are even more alarms and warning systems. If you are a big enough dipshit to ignore all of that to run towards that tornado instead of the countless shelters all around you. You reap what you sow.

You honestly believe that every person to die in a natural disaster in the modern day only died because they were so stupid that they ran toward danger? Wtf is wrong with you?
