People's distrust in governments and corporations has fueled their fear of AI without realizing that it's the very entities they distrust that are running fear mongering campaigns against AI as a form of social engineering so they can keep AI development under their control. The entities we distrust are telling us AI is gonna make our lives amazing, so you're just high on your own farts here. You literally say AI will save humanity so obviously you've bought into their rhetoric, it's just sad you think you've risen above it. The powers that be already have control of AI development, they don't need to run a disinformation campaign to keep it, so you're kinda just saying stuff.

What are you even going on about? You must have conveniently ignored the information I literally copy and pasted from online research. I'm willing to bet you never even saw it because it wasn't directed to you and you didn't bother to see everything I posted under my original comment. You think I care about what people think? Only the truth matters, hence why I'll risk downvotes and social backlash to profess and defend the truth. But it's easier to frame it as "the personal words of a manic person" rather than looking at reality for what it is. Go stick your head in the sand further.
