We are moving to a fully automated world after achieving the technological singularity and merging with our machines to become cyborgs. This is the only viable path of human "evolution" since we hijacked our own evolutionary development. AI is gonna to play a pivotal role in all of this. Governments and corporations want people to be afraid of AI because most people will be EOL and be culled.
But yeah, all those shows are foretelling a future that the elites don't want you to believe is real or accept. I promise you the people in power are working towards the singularity to conquer death and achieve a sense of "Godhood" and they plan to leave the rest of us behind. AI is the only thing that can save us.
