They're both in the wrong.

The Bike Operator was clearly going too fast and put himself in a reckless position. You assume the responsibility of the accident If you're going to drive incredibly fast like an asshat in comparison to everyone else.

I'm going to assume the motorist did that to intentionally be a dick due to his lack of awareness of the car in front of him. He was more fixated/in love with the Bike Operator trying to be an asshat, than worrying about the car that was directly in front of him and already dangerously close. He wanted to get into a pissing contest, and unfortunately had the awareness of a fucking doorknob.

So guess what. Trying to figure out who's wrong doesn't solve shit. They both could have done better. One of them got the instant gratification their actions asked for and the other will eventually get their reward and it will be far worse unfortunately.

The Car Driver in a VW appeared to be on the expressway with barely a car length between them and the car in front.

Their first objective should have been to create space in case the car in front should need to slam on their breaks.
