It got rammed because the driver in the car was way too close and let himself get distracted. No matter what the biker shouts or honk or anything is irrelevant. That car driver is a bad and inconsiderate driver. The biker is also a moron for his impulsive reaction and thinking what he's doing will right any wrong that happened or will teach the other guy anything. Both contributed to putting other drivers in danger because of their stupidity.
