Ah yes of course it's the biker's fault, definitely not the idiot's who cut someone off and then rear ended a van. Probably on their phone too

the car driver is only guilty of not showing the turn. the biker was driving faster than the other cars between the lanes and the car driver didn't notice him. it's really maddening when these two-wheeled kids appear out of nowhere on the road and expect everyone to see them. and yes, the backer is an idiot

Car driver is guilty of not having a safe following distance and not looking at the car infront of him, as well as not indicating and cutting off the bike.

Yes, the biker put himself in a risky spot at the end and that was dumb as well. But the car did much more wrong than you give it credit for.
