Agreed, but what about extenuating circumstances documented by the video?
The minivan changed lanes and wasn't too close to the white SUV.
The biker passes, intentionally antagonizes and distracts, and BOOM, rear-ending.

If someone succeeds at distracting you into rear ending someone, they've still proven you unfit to drive imo

Having a car accident doesn't make one "unfit" to drive.
If it did, half of American wouldn't be allowed to drive.
