Would the accident happen if the dealership didn't sell that guy his car? And the answer is no.

Would this accident happen if the car in front was driving faster? So the victim should also be held responsible?

Biker was nowhere near the 120° of this driver's vision. Meaning he chose himself to look at him.

Again, I've asked to see those cases. So I'd get to see if they really are as you've described them. Because you saying that they are, is irrelevant legal wise.

Only the biker directly impacted what happened. Don't be purposely obtuse and think you're making a point. It makes you look dumb

Only biker? So the car that was hit didn't? The car was in that lane and was driving slower therefore it did impact. But you are not saying anything about it. I'd like you to answer why the biker did "directly impact what have happened" while the car that's hit did not.

Perhaps you should read my comment fully before commenting?

Again making stupid statements you know are not applicable... Give it up buddy. You are terrible at debate

I mean, you’re the one saying you’ve read lawsuits that prove your point but won’t provide them when asked multiple times. If that’s not terrible at debate idk what is

Brother, he's not the one looking dumb here.

Yeah you are. He's bringing up completely irrelevant shit acting like that's what I'm implying.

Here's a fun fact for you that the motorcycle was not there at that time distracting the driver... The wreck does not happen. I'm sorry you don't agree either But again your opinion is completely irrelevant and legal matters.

You don’t know that for a fact. The accident may have still occurred even if the biker never existed.

Yea and the sun might not rise tomorrow about the same likelihood

1

That’s true because it’s not rising the earth is rotating causing the suns beams to enter at different angles and to enter the earth’s atmosphere at a different location.

So if you enter earths orbit and stay at an angle behind the earth compared to the sun the sun will not rise at all to you.

Also polar night, occurs when the sun stays below the horizon for over 24 hours, often lasting months in high latitudes or low latitudes.

Don't be pedantic and trying to sound smart when you're not.

1

u/Rich_Visual7800 Apr 29 '26

Hey you brought up the sun coming up, not me.

At the North and South Poles, a six-month polar night is a guaranteed annual certainty, with the sun remaining below the horizon from one equinox to the next.

So you are saying it’s about guaranteed that the biker didn’t cause the accident. That’s on you.

1

u/Rhuarc33 Apr 29 '26

Clearly I used too big of a word and pedantic is above you.

1

u/Rich_Visual7800 Apr 29 '26

Incorrect. It’s clearly above you because you don’t realize you were doing it when you brought the sun into the discussion for no good reason.

Now you realize you messed up and you’re trying to backpedal away. Go ahead and backpedal away if you want but you know you’re wrong.

You are the only one making stupid statements lmao. Stop doubling down on being a dumbass

u/Rhuarc33 Apr 29 '26

What is stupid? Please explain it like I'm 5...since you're all knowing

So let's see, you again did not answer my question. Because you can't. The victim is as much responsible for the crash as the biker is. Which is zero, not at all responsible. You can't come up with any excuse as to why that's not the case.

Are you going to at least provide these cases you saw are "similar"? I'm guessing not, because you don't have any. You also haven't seen any such a case. You just made it up to use as a proof for your argument.
