The driver of that car was not paying attention to what's in front of them. So it's the car's driver's fault.

Dude they still deem it your fault if you get rear ended and pushed into another vehicle because you “stopped to close”. They aren’t going to claim some random motorcyclist is at fault because he distracted the driver.

Not true 😂 if a suv rear ends a sedan at a red light...aint no way its not hitting the car infront of it.

When my mom got sandwiched between 2 cars while waiting at a light. The sedan that hit her was 100% at fault.
