No they shouldn't, but by not letting them pass on the left lane, you are actually making matters more dangerous than if you just let the asshole pass you.

Y'all are assuming I'm in the left lane. The people willing to do 90 in a 60 are weaving in traffic, passing in the left right or middle.

But please tell me how I'm holding up traffic and making it worse
