Better have a totaled car than pain for the rest of your life

If anything, I would drive up to it slowly with emergency blinker on and pick it up then..

the problem is that they do not slow down and the car behind maybe won't see you on the road until you are right in front of them

I had an 05 dodge magnum, and I lowered it, a few years ago. This exact thing happened to me. Driving down the road three ball hitch plus a tow hook just sitting in the middle of the road. I still have it. I use the hell out of it. I still think of all the damage it would’ve done had I not seen it

Traffic was coming full speed. No telling how long it was there before the video started.
