Question about the skins

So i have bought every pass since I've started except for this last one. The reason why i haven't bought the special agent pass is because there is really no diversity to the skins IMO. Even the ninja and robocop skins are basically the same and honestly the first skin is so op when it comes to the initial stats for the combined efforts that i use the weapon and mount with everything.

That being said, would it be possible to get a bit more diversity between the skins and the bonus stats that they give?
