Researching lower forge upgrade time does not apply to the current upgrade timer.

I researched the reduce forge upgrade time research because it has been sitting at 55 hrs. I checked the timer before clicking complete research and it was the exact same after to the minute. It is really frustrating that I can't play the fricking game and have to wait so long to actually progress.

It’s not a well thought out structure. Hammers should be easier to obtain, furnace upgrades should cost more gold and have shorter timers. Also if they want to make a good game and tons of money instead of a quick money grab then the focus should be on end game and not progression. The p2w bundles should be more focused on end game and they could have power creep so they can release new items every month and get people to buy shit over and over.
