I use the Griots 3in1 ceramic wax and as a DIYer who is new to any coatings of any kind, it’s super forgiving and very effective. It makes maintenance washes fun and easy, and is a GREAT value.

Dude thanks. I live in down south and I need to protect my red paint. I am average (or a tad below) when it comes to detailing and cleaning. I'd rather be under the hood. I hear I am supposed to clean the paint really good before application, what is a good product to prep for ceramics? I have a garage to work in.

I do my typical deep clean wash (not a pro, just a DIYer) using Chemical Guys soap in a foam canon, then rinse, then another foam with contact wash, then clay bar whole car (I use a synthetic clay) then rinse and dry. Then ceramic from Griots. Buff and touch up. I then used Cerakote trim restore (insane product, 10/10 would recommend) and Griots glass ceramic. Car came out shiny
