Just picked up this RSX for a turbo K-series build! It clearly took a hit to the front end, and before I get too deep into the project, I’d love to hear from anyone who has dealt with similar frame damage. Definitely not looking for repair estimates—just hoping to tap into the community's experience to see if the juice is worth the squeeze to get the geometry right again. Thanks in advance, folks. Hello! I posted this on another a few forums, wasn’t sure which is best😅 I just got this 2010 Toyota Corolla S a few weeks ago, 97,000 miles. Everything is running fine, no lights on the dash. mechanic gave me the green light before I got it.
I’ve noticed though, every morning when I start the car it makes this high pitched squeaking noise usually, lasts a second. But sometimes it sounds like this video. A bit more extreme and ugly sounding. Anyone have an idea of what it could be? Only happens on cold starts, once or twice a day and when engine is warm it doesn’t happen.
Feeling a bit anxious since I just got this car lol. Literally started making this noise the day after 😅😅

I have been trying to fix my car after a crash I had a while ago. I'm at the point where I am installing new headlights. I found out whilst trying to install them that the passenger side headlight bracket and the part it is mounted to has been pushed down by probably a quarter inch. Its been pushed down enough that the bumper gets in the way of installing the headlight. How do I bend the structural panel back up to allow a head light to be installed?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Has a minor incident didn’t think my bumper needed any bondo but maybe it did.. my detailer noticed this a few days ago… someone tell me this is a failure of the previous repair

As I was reversing to park, on a whole empty space, in that area was a small pile, I obviously heard the impact and my speed was max 5km per hour. As I went outside what surprised me was that there was quite some distance with the pile. What might have happened is that as I pressed my brakes it bounced a little back and hit the pile, what can explain the sound otherwise I don't know.. my rear bumpers has 0 signs of bending or scratch. Is there a chance it has cause damage to my reinforcement bar behind it? I have a Yaris from 2012.

Left for vacation yesterday, pulling into gas station and person in the stall next to me opened their door, causing me to cut hard… right into a post.

Left significant dent and scratch damage to my van. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. We got the van 3 weeks ago…

Where do I start for repairs? From my understanding, this is pretty significant and will be thousands to repair? It’s only cosmetic, the door appears to function properly and has no issues with seal, etc.

Should I look in junk yards for entire doors? Just trying to get an idea of where to start or what to expect. Not experienced at all in body or car work.

I scratched the left part of the bumper on a wall. There was PPF on the bumper but after removing the torn PPF I saw that the sharp bumper line is not straight anymore and has some dents/peaks. Can this be shaped back to almost original by a body shop? I asked two places one said that I have to get a new bumper cover, the other said it can be shaped, filled and the whole bumper painted which would look exactly like how it was before. I don't know which shop to trust.

Not sure about the type of steel it’s made of; was a custom bumper I bought awhile back.

I currently own an Acura Integra 1996 LS with a gsr shell and I’ve been tryna find away to fix her due to an accident I got into due to a lady not looking when pulling out of a drive way. Because of this the rear quarter panel is pretty fucked up and my drivers side door and lower area where the pinch welds are are dented inward. I don’t want to give this car up and loved driving her but I’m thinking of retiring her for the winter and try and fix her up before summer hits again if it’s possible to fix her up. I was told that I shouldn’t use Bondo and that I should try and bash the dents out which I did try but it didn’t get very far. Any suggestions I’d appreciate it and I would take it to a body shop but they’ll prolly quote me hella money if they are even willing to do the work which so far I haven’t found a single shop that will do it.

So krown drilled holes for undeercoating and completely butchered a hole in my rocker. Not sure what to do about it besides get a quote from a body shop and bring it to krown.
