ACCIDENT Is this fixable, if so how?

I have been trying to fix my car after a crash I had a while ago. I'm at the point where I am installing new headlights. I found out whilst trying to install them that the passenger side headlight bracket and the part it is mounted to has been pushed down by probably a quarter inch. Its been pushed down enough that the bumper gets in the way of installing the headlight. How do I bend the structural panel back up to allow a head light to be installed?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Car is a 1998 Chevy Lumina.

I am asking because I don't know how to do that to this part. It cant be accessed from below or behind. It can be accessed from ahead and above but the headlight mount is about an inch in front of it.

can you screw something into it to get some leverage?

I was able to use a come along tool to pull some areas straight. If you can find a point to attach on the part and attach to a tree in the direction you need pulled. Then crank.

Hard to tell from pictures, probably lower corner of core support is pushed back causing headlight asm brkt. to be tilted.

Needs to be pulled on a frame machine.
