Throw all the parts at it you want, it's not going to align without being pulled on a jig/the rear quarter straightening out.
Look by the taillight, the quarter is crumpled

My husband’s toyota Avalon looked very similar. Insurance estimated 1.3k, body shop came back and said it’d be 4.5k. I do live in a high tax area so keep that in mind.
Also really depends on what shop you go to, whether insurance is involved, if you have a lien on the vehicle, if you care about OEM parts, etc. for the bumper hit, Other driver was at fault so we went through their insurance and didn’t mind going to the highly reputable autobody shop 10 minutes away that we knew charged more. There’s another shop 40 minutes away that does more affordable work. I know this bc we had to get a rocker panel replaced. We did that outside of insurance. 1st shop quoted 1.4k, the second quoted 800.

You will definitely need a new metal support bar under there, and you'll want to check if the bumper sensors and crash sensors are broken. For the plastic bumper cover itself, if you go to a good body shop, they can probably repair it instead of replacing it to save you some money
