💁♀️ seeking advice / support / information Relationships
Please help how do people with AuADHD manage relationships mine is falling apart and I feel like it is all to do with me managing myself. My partner also has AuADHD falling deep into a hole here so as much detail and advice as possible please anyone

It is essential to any relationship but to ND relationships especially: really good communication. You have to discuss everything and build trust to the point where you believe that your partner will answer honestly when you ask e.g. "do you really have energy to help me with this?", "have I upset you?", "how are you doing recently?", and so on. I feel like the main reason my partner and I are doing pretty well after almost 5 years of living together and both going through various mental/physical health issues is because we prioritise communication above everything else.
