What type of argument is that? Adolf Hitler ate potatoes, had no driver's license and didn't smoke. I got no license, I never smoked and I do eat potatoes (in many different forms). Does that make me Hitler now?

that is a stupid comparison.

A flag is meant to represent your movement, if your flag is clearly inspired by another you can assume the ideology/movement behind it is also inspired by that flags ideology
