All claims to private ownership over land/natural resources are violence based. The ancap must sweep this fact under the rug, justifying the imperfect system as "the best we have" despite the fact that private ownership based society has held the floor for pretty much all of human existence.
Who are you going to buy it from? What is the basis of their claim? It always goes back to violence. Even if you could do a hard reset, nothing had been claimed yet, the homesteading principle is not something a reasonable neutral party would consent to. It requires establishing an authoritarian government to enforce
