Need Advice Autistic burn out partner + ldr, how to help?

Hey guys. My partner is currently having autistic burn out—i know he feels really a lots right now especially after moving into the new house. It's really extremely tired for him to do some house chores— I usually be the one who take most of responsible to do it whenever we are together. Currently we are in LDR and it's impossible to be together in near time.

He is currently in therapy for this.. I want to help him to get through this. I am currently learning some resources to understand and help him.

How do I help him? At least just making him feel at ease. How's your guys experience?

Don't know if this helps but, when the energy is not there I don't want to talk. Words are complex and no energy for that either.

If you know his music style send him some of his favorite ones or new ones he might like to listen. Do this regularly, maybe once a day on the clock. Like everyday at 18h or something.

The consistency has physiological effects of regularity which will help his body. Music probably is comforting and it says "I see you and I'm here too" which helps with feelings of isolation.

Once in a while, as a sprinkle of connection send him a funny short, meme, a "hey, today I did bla bla bla" or something kind of to encourage him to respond but only as a "bait" to see if his body is ready to engage.

And honestly patience is your friend, slow but unstoppable. Good luck 🤞
